RETURN POLICY

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance, as Pentafa is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

Initiating a Return:
